Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will be happy to process a return for you on most products. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All items must be returned in their original packaging and tags. *Some items subject to a restocking fee and all custom made orders are non-refundable. Please contact Alan Decor to obtain return instructions before returning an item. Most items can be returned within 14 days of receiving them.

If the return is not due to a damaged merchandise, you will be responsible for the shipping cost. If the purchased item was qualified for free shipping, customers will be responsible for round trip shipping costs for any returns that are not damaged or incorrect.

We reserve the right to not accept any non-defective lighting products for any other reason unless the information stated on the product page is incorrect due to our or a manufacturer error.

If you have received an item that has damaged during shipment, please contact Alan Decor immediately and make sure to take photos of the damaged item. Please note that all shipments must be inspected for damages upon delivery by the receiver, regardless of who the receiver is. All damage claims must be received within 72 hours of receipt or they will not be honored. If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact Alan Decor immediately. Please do not send these item back prior to contacting Alan Decor.
